• Responsible of short- and medium-term planning by providing 24 months plan and adjust all stopes and development design each time the geological block model is updated. • Mine stopes optimization (MSO & SO) • Mine designs update. •Production leading at the daily basis by providing daily strategy in accordance with mine constraints. •Responsible and accountable of 12-month mine budget. •Responsible for waste dump and rom pad management. Responsible and accountable of process plant feed and metal plan.

• Responsible of providing the full 18 Months mine plan activities in EPS or Deswik (scheduler software) before the dead line. • Always make sure that the short term plan is following the LOM plan strategy. • Insure that all rolling plan are targeting the 0+12 budget. • Detailed 3 month plans with all mining activities split in scheduler software so that to get a more realistic plan that will be understood and executed by operation team. • Continuously working with geological block model and geotechnical block model to optimize the stopes shapes. • Assisting Planning Engineer to generate weekly mine plans by scheduling and developing mining strategy to achieve KPI. • Carrying out various studies to optimize drilling & blasting practices. • Look forward to develop CAPEX heading in order to give geologist more flexibility to do advance drilling allowing the reserves replacement. • Committed in continuous training of Junior Mining Engineers.

•End of month stope evaluation and stope drilling orientation. •Raise bore orientation. •Underground scan (Using the Maptek 8200_scaner and the MSN Drone-Hevermap) •Under ground check survey by using Gyro base.
