•Aligning monthly plan to the three-month plan and the Budget •Underground design review to ensure the practicality and safe environment. •Initiative studies driving the mining activities and the optimum extraction of the ore body in collaboration with technical Service. •Elaboration of the Budget Models and measurement controls to ensure its practicality. •Optimization of mining activities. •Guiding mining operations to condition the geotechnical and drill and blast recommendations through stope notes and technical assessment. •Management of junior engineers, technicians, foreman, shift bosses on the shift plan to accommodate with the weekly plan and the LOM. •Management and control of interactions between mining, contractors, and other departments
•Mine to Mill trucking •Review and proposal of optimum drill and blast designs that boost mining operations and prevail a safe environment. •Provision of mining strategic plans and advice that improve the mining chain value through pre, in, and post blast analysis. •Explosives and cost management. •Site investigation, assessment of underground operation through reports, control procedures, site inspections, and implementation of mine design project. •Management of junior engineers and technicians to ensure all fixed kPIs are met.
