Service Description

If a client is having difficulty filling a position and still needs to get the work done – a site secondment from a seasoned professional may be a great interim solution for them. Some roles that have been seconded in the past: Senior Mine Engineer, Senior Long Range Planner, Chief Engineer.

Secondments can be site-based on rotation or remote, depending on availability. Minimum Secondment duration is 3 months. Secondment rate negotiable dependent on monthly hours and contract duration. If travel is required, all travel costs borne by client.
