Profreeio is platform designed to close the existing gap in the Mining industry related to skill set shortage. This is achieved by allowing skilled mining professionals to maximize their outputs by supporting organizations and giving everyone an opportunity.
We want employers to post projects on our platform based on their budget, which will allow professionals to submit their proposal for the projects.
As soon as you register as an employer, your details will come to us. Before you get approved as an employer, we will go through a verification process with you. A purchase order or contract will be required before you are approved as an employer.
As an employer, you are signing a contract with Profreeio for connecting you with the professionals. This means that you will pay Profreeio when the service is completed and Profreeio will be in charge of paying the professionals based on the approved hourly rate and any other fees incurred during the service.
We recommend that you first address any issue with the freelancer and if you are unable to address the issue with the freelancer, then you can report the freelancer to Profreeio directly. To report the freelancer, simply go his profile and click on the top icon that says report, and provide more details and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Yes you can cancel anytime for any reason, however if the service has started already then the employer will be required to pay for the hours completed and any additional fee incurred during the service.
Yes, you can post projects on our platform under your dashboard.

Because as a professional you have the opportunity to work on multiple project and be exposed to different operations. Furthermore, we make this process easy for you so that you do not have to worry about finding clients and getting paid.
With us, you also have a good work life balance as you decide your availability to work.
After you register, you go through an onboarding process to verify your identification and your qualifications. We also conduct interviews if required. Once approved, your profile will be visible to employers. If you are not verified, you will not be able to conduct the service.
With Profreeio. Upon registration, we will contact you and provide you with all the required details as per our contract agreement.
Profreeio will pay the professional for the service completed. If you have any questions about fees and payment please contact us.
You can provide any professional services in the mining industry. After registration, you will be able to post all the services that you can offer.
We recommend experience level from 3 years and above for professional services.
