Engineering and Process orientation (Self and Others) - Manage Project Design and Execution - Optimization of the current instrumentation SCADA and Network System - Manage the Maintenance of the fire suppression system. - Manage the Underground backfill plant Instrumentation Maintenance and cost related. - Manage the Material Handling and Shaft hoisting Systems Maintenance and costs related. - Manage the Underground and Open cast dewatering systems maintenance and project. - Develop budget, plans for new projects. - Prepare and deliver on the annual instrumentation maintenance budget and Manage workflow. - Improve reliability of critical equipment to ensure that major production stoppages are averted, and budget availabilities and ensure that the throughput is achieved. - Follow up with supply chain to optimize stock levels. - Manage and monitor OEMs and contactors to ensure high quality service delivery.
