Technology Executive role was to drive digital transformation within clients using the latest technology within the MRM environment.
DMS is my own consultancy established 5 years ago to provide mining services. IN the 5 years I have serviced mines across Africa and Europe. I have done everything from building 3D as-built models, volume dispute resolution, High Geological model building. Dump reclaim scheduling and planning, Greenfields Mine Design and planning. Monthly Short Term Planning. PowerBI dashboard building.
As Chief Surveyor I was tasked with setting up all processes on Survey, Drill and Blast and Short Term planning. I trained up a team of professionals to put all systems in place for a 3mt/month operation. This included all software and hardware for daily tasks. I also occasionally acted as Mining Manager and handled all contract mining aspects related to volumes and invoicing quantities.
