With over 30 years of progressive mine management experience, I have a record of improving safety,
productivity and delivering successful project outcomes. My roles have included leading the Technical
Services, Operations and Continuous Improvement functions at several challenging underground and
surface mining operations to provide safe and profitable production. I have over 13 years experience in
mines in northern Canadian environments including permafrost conditions and my responsibilities have
included collaboration with First Nations and Inuit partners in the Yukon, BC and Quebec. My experience
also includes the following: Risk Assessments, Incident Investigations, Management Operating Systems,
Lean Tools, Technical Limits, Value Stream Mapping, Mentoring, Team Building, Life-of-Mine Planning,
Delineation Drilling, Resources/Reserves, Ground Control Management, Budgeting, Capital Expenditures,
Financial Reporting and Analysis.
